Age-group pathways

Adapted support from childhood through transition to adulthood

Sensory-First Beauty® pathways are adapted to age, mental age, developmental stage, safeguarding requirements and individual sensory profile.

Ages 7-10

Calm, confidence and simple self-care

For ages 7-10, sessions focus on feeling safe, basic hygiene, self-care, kindness, personal space and understanding differences. The focus is enjoyment, understanding and confidence rather than career outcomes.

Feeling Safe & Calm

Predictable routines and low-stimulation spaces help children relax and focus.

Health & Hygiene

Simple self-care skills such as handwashing, skin care, hair care and cleanliness.

Boundaries & Kindness

Age-appropriate teaching around consent, personal space and social awareness.

  • Sensory regulation and self-advocacy.
  • Preparation for college, work environments and transitions.
  • Confidence, independence and supported progression.
